2002 年，成立濮阳市迈奇精细化工有限公司
2003 年，年产 1000 吨 GBL&NMP 联合生产装置改造
2006 年，公司更名为：濮阳迈奇科技有限公司
2007 年，年产 1.2 万吨 NMP 生产装置建成投产
2008 年，年产 1000 吨 NEP 生产装置技改
2009 年，年产 1.2 万吨 GBL 生产装置建成投产

In 2009, the GBL plant with an annual output of 12,000 tonnes was putinto operation.
2011 年，中创集团旗下中大创投投资迈奇化学
2012 年，年产 2 万吨 GBL&NMP 联合生产装置建成
2014 年 2 月，公司完成股改，更名为：迈奇化学股份有限公司
2014 年 11 月 12 日，公司在全国中小企业股份转让系统成功挂牌
2015 年，年产 5000 吨 NEP& 年产1000 吨 DVL 生产装置建成
2017 年，年产 2 万吨 NMP 生产装置、年产 8000 吨 NMP 循环再利用装置建成
In 2011, ZDVC Group invested in Puyang NEM Chemical Co.,LTD
In 2012, the annual production capacity of 20,000 tonnes ofGBL&NMP combined plant was put into production.
In February 2014, Changed its name to NEM Chemical Co.,LTD.
On 12 November 2014, the company was successfully listed inthe National Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Stock TransferSystem.
In 2015, the plant with annual production capacity of 5,000tonnes of NEP & annual production capacity of 1,000 tonnes ofDVL was put into production.
In 2017, 20,000 tonnes of NMP plant & 8,000 tonnes of NMPrecovery and recycling plant were put into operation.
2019 年，年产 2 万吨 GBL 生产装置建成投产
2019 年 12 月，中创集团控股迈奇化学
2020 年，上线化工企业智能大数据平台
2021 年，新征 165 亩项目用地成功摘牌
2022 年，新迈奇 · 濮阳二厂开工建设

2023 年，新迈奇大湾区生产总部基地项目动工
2023 年 11 月 20 日，公司正式更名为“新迈奇材料股份有限公司”
In 2023, NEM Greater Bay Area Production Headquarters Basestarted.
On 20 November 2023, Changed its name to "NEM MaterialsCo.,Ltd.
